In the summertime, you can find him adventuring in the mountains or at EDM music festivals (with a bottle of water in his hand at all times).

Learn More about RachelRachel Albo is a registered occupational therapist, personal trainer, and holistic wellness coach. She specializes working with women with autoimmune diseases which is why she is so passionate about all things mind, body and soul. You can find her jumping into alpine lakes, cooking delicious plant-based meals, or alongside Max - dancing her heart out at EDM music festivals (with a hydration backpack on).
